From his first day in the real estate business over 8 years ago, Cabell has adhered to a very simple and straight-forward philosophy: commit every day to a higher standard, both professionally and personally, so that every client’s expectations are surpassed. He is devoted to earning the trust of those he works with. Cabell has built a strong reputation in Richmond as evidenced by his competence, reliability, honesty, and strong work ethic. This is shown by the constant referrals he receives from past clients and friends, which consist of over 97% of his business. Cabell lives in the city of Richmond with his wife, Molly, son Lawson, daughter Lilly, and dog Owen. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, being near the water, and being outdoors. His family is a member of Third Presbyterian Church and Cabell is involved in a small group men’s Bible study. Cabell is a native of Richmond and attended Douglas Freeman High School and the University of Richmond. He received a major at the Jepson School of Leadership Studies and minored in Business. In 2001, his first year of selling real estate, Cabell received the A. Kenton Muhleman Award by the Richmond Association of Realtors, which recognizes the “Rookie of the Year” among all firms in the Richmond Metro area. His success has continued over the past 8 years and he is proud to be one of the top 3 agents for Long & Foster, out of over 900 agents. Since he has been in the business, Cabell has successfully negotiated over 575 transactions totaling approximately 100 million dollars in sales. In 2008, his total sales volume exceeded $22 million.
