Joseph Lawson - Joseph joined my team in June of 2009 as my buyer’s specialist. His duties encompass guiding you through a home purchase, assessing your needs and goals, finding a suitable home for you, negotiating the terms of the contract, and representing your best interest. Growing up in the Richmond area, Joseph attended the Collegiate School and graduated from the University of Virginia. He is enthusiastic and enjoys working hard for our clients. His local knowledge, strong work ethic, and amiable demeanor help make him a desirable Realtor. While Joseph has a strong passion for his work, he also loves wakeboarding, snowboarding, and being outdoors.

 Mike Lester – Mike is my business manager. He joined my team over five years ago and has been an integral part of our growth and level of superior service. He is a Richmond native and currently lives in the Museum District. Mike takes care of coordinating the transaction from start to finish between all parties to make sure everyone is on the same page. Some of his tasks include making sure appropriate signage is in place, marketing your listing on various websites on the internet, promoting your listing to other real estate offices in the area, placing ads with the Richmond Times-Dispatch as well as other publications, and keeping you up to date with our progress and actions. He will be in contact with you to make sure all of your questions have been addressed. Outside of real estate, Mike enjoys playing music (he is an avid musician) and going to visit his family in the Outer Banks. If ever Joseph or I are unavailable to answer your real estate needs, Mike is more than qualified and able to assist you.

 Irene Adams – Irene is our transaction coordinator. She is a licensed Realtor and a Notary Public. As contracts come into the office, she sets up the file, checks all paperwork and forwards the contract to all appropriate parties including buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders and relocation departments if applicable. She orders termite, well and septic inspections and forwards all addendums to the contract to the attorney. She monitors the contract from beginning to the closing table and reviews the final HUD settlement statement for accuracy. Irene gives me weekly updates on closings and makes sure there are no surprises along the way to closing. Should you have a question once we are under contract and are unable to reach me immediately, Irene will assist in answering your question.

 Jonnie Downing – Jonnie sets up all showings for the office. She communicates with you to find the most convenient times to show your home. After setting up a convenient time, she inputs the showing into the Showing Desk program in order for you to receive feedback from the showing agent. She enters all listings into our Multiple Listing Service and sets up the listing file. She is also a licensed Realtor and Notary Public.
Laurie Tichacek – Laurie is my listing coordinator. Her main function is designing the color brochures that are placed in your home for prospective buyers to review while viewing the property. In addition to the brochures, Laurie is my graphics expert responsible for designing the pieces we use to market your home. She will design all materials to be distributed both electronically and printed to all areas surrounding your home and throughout the web.
