Wendy Moyer is the Business Manager and Listing Specialist. She has extensive experience in real estate brokerage and business management. As a licensed Associate Broker Wendy oversees the entire listing process from start to finish. She gathers all data and features of your home for the MLS and fact sheets, taking photographs of the property, ensuring the appropriate signage is in place, marketing your home extensively on the web and via direct mail, (add) extensive email marketing campaigns,and obtaining feedback after showings. Joseph Lawson
Joseph joined the team in June of 2009 as a buyer’s specialist. His duties encompass guiding you through a home purchase, assessing your needs and goals, finding a suitable home for you, negotiating the terms of the contract, and representing your best interest. Growing up in the Richmond area, Joseph attended the Collegiate School and graduated from the University of Virginia. He is enthusiastic and enjoys working hard for our clients. Laurie is the Listing Coordinator. She is the graphics expert responsible for designing the pieces that we use to market your home. Laurie designs all materials to be distributed both electronically and printed to all areas surrounding your home and throughout the web. |

Melanie is the Showing Coordinator. She sets up all showings for the office and communicates with you to find the most convenient times to show your home. Melanie also enters all listings into the MLS, sets up the listing file and maintains the file as long as the listing remains active. |

Sara Plumb
Sara is the Transaction Coordinator. As contracts come into the office, she sets up the file, reviews all paperwork and forwards the contract to all appropriate parties including buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders and relocation departments, if applicable. She monitors the contract from the beginning to the closing table and reviews the final HUD statement for accuracy to ensure a seamless transaction. |
