Houses for Sale in Westover Hills

Tucked Away in the Heart of the City

With its gently rolling hills and tree-lined streets, The Forest Hill and Westover Hills neighborhoods offer city living that feels anything but traditionally urban. The stock of housing, built largely between the 1940s and 1960s, are mainly stately, brick homes of transitional and colonial styles, most of which are close to biking and walking trails along the James River, the South of the James Farmers Market, and a growing number of restaurants and storefronts that have or are scheduled to open over the next year or so.

Cabell’s Take

This area of South Richmond is currently experiencing a rebirth with a bevy of new restaurants and retail that have either just opened or is on the way. While Forest Hill and Westover Hills have always been a popular location, the area is just going to get hotter and it’s a great time to get in on the action with a home in the neighborhood.
